Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, due to the high demand for our services, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines outlined below to help us manage our schedule and ensure we are available to accommodate all of our clients.


Cancellation Notice:

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.


No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, a 100% fee of the scheduled service will be charged.

No-shows may result in a temporary suspension of booking privileges for future appointments.


Late Arrivals:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service time, depending on availability.

A late arrival may also result in a shorter service time or additional fees
